For this “edutainment” experience, children ride around a movie set in miniature vans, learning important traffic safety lessons surrounded by the first fully animatronic versions of Jim Henson’s Muppets. Along the way, they are filmed as part of a mini-movie to reinforce what they’ve seen and heard. Thanks to a video relay system, the kids then see themselves in a movie at the end of the ride. The Plymouth Muppet Traffic Safety Show has appeared throughout the United States.
